When using Power BI how often is the frequency of back-up refreshes for our eCatholic ChMS data?

The updated data is always available. We suggest refreshing your data once a week when using Power BI.  Power BI should be used for analysis as opposed to operational reporting.   

Day to day operational reporting can be done within the ChMS application using excel downloads (such as Family, Member, Group Explorer downloads, etc.), the Fundraising Report, or any reports currently available in your Report Library.

To refresh your data in Power BI click on the Refresh button and this will update your Power BI to the latest information contained in your ChMS application.
