Resetting Your Password
Forgot your password? No need to worry! Resetting your password in the ChMS is an easy process.
Note: After too many failed logins, the ChMS will say you have been locked out of your account. This lasts for about five minutes, so please wait and then try again!
- On the login page, you can click Forgot your password? toward the bottom of the screen.
- This will lead you to a new screen. Type in your email address and click Email Link.
- An email will be sent from [email protected] and the subject of the email will be Reset Password. Click the link in the email to reset your password.
Important Note: If you do not receive this email soon after asking the ChMS to "email link," please reach out to [email protected].
- The link from the email will direct you to a new webpage. Enter the email address connected to your account, type in a new password, and confirm your new password. Then click Reset.
You can now log into the ChMS with your new password! If you encounter any concerns during this password resetting process, please contact [email protected].
