Search and filter transactions in the Virtual Terminal

To search and filter your transactions in the BluePay gateway portal, click on the "Processing" link in the left menu, then click on the "Transactions" link, then click on the "Trans. Search" link.

You can then search and filter your transactions by a plethora of options relating to customer information, date ranges, and transactional data. 

To search and filter transactions based on a specific donation or payment form from your website, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your eCatholic website and go to the page with the specific payment form.
  2. Click on the settings gear for the donations form or payments form module and copy the value in the "Comment to track transactions" field.
  3. Paste the copied value from the "Comment to track transactions" field into the "Custom ID 2" field in the BluePay search form (see below).

Click "Search" and then you will then be presented with a list of all of your transactions.
