Generating the Attendance Sheet

This article will explain how you can create an attendance sheet so you can track students' attendance. Teachers can give the marked attendance sheet to the DRE who can then record the absence in the students' records under Class Maintenance

Click on  Religious Ed in the top navigation bar and select Class Maintenance from the sub navigation bar.

If you want to print the attendance sheets for all classes, select the box to the left of the column headers (Level, Description, etc.) then click the Attendance Sheet button. Click Print and attendance sheets will be printed.

If you want to generate the Attendance Sheet for a specific class or a group of classes while in Class Maintenance put a check in the box next to the class and click the Attendance Sheet button. Click Print and the attendance report(s) will appear in your downloads. 


Notes:  
  • All ChMS reports will automatically download into your download file folder.  You can open, rename, and move the download to another location. 
  • The Attendance Sheet does not show any Student Comments these will appear on the Class Maintenance Download or the Class Sheet
The Teacher/Aide will need to write in the date of the class in the blank spot above the week number.
