Where do I record that we have a student's Baptismal certificate on file?

If a student received their sacraments at another church and the DRE has confirmation of this, you can attach a copy of their baptismal certificate to their Baptism record. You might choose, instead, to add an Interactions Note to the Member’s record.

You may choose to add sacramental information within the Sacraments tab of the Member's record.
