Where in eCatholic ChMS do I record that we have a students Baptismal certificate on file?

If a student received their sacraments in another church and the DRE has received confirmation of this, you can enter a PRM Note under the Member’s record. See the screenshot below for an example of how the note may be written.

You can also add sacramental information within the Sacraments tab of the Member's record.
