What steps are needed if our church is interested in the report writer functionality?

The Report Writer functionality is an IT Tool and you will need to have someone on staff or a volunteer who has the skill set to do this function.  Please contact Customer Support and our team will set your church up with report writer access.  You will need to download SQL Server Report Builder which is available at no cost to you through Microsoft.
