Recording Safe Environment Training

Any member of a parish who is a staff member, teacher, aide, or volunteer and will come into contact with a minor are mandated to complete some form of Safe Environment Training that is defined by each Diocese. You can track completed safe environment training requirements in the Member PRM Notes tab. We suggest you categorize the note as "Safe Environments"  and add a comment specifying the completed requirements, certification, or any other appropriate note that your parish deems necessary. 

There are 3 reports that are helpful in displaying PRM Notes so they're easy to read. You can locate all of these reports by going to Reports > Report Library then scrolling down to the PRM Notes section. You can download these reports as a PDF, Microsoft Excel file, or Microsoft Word doc.
