Resetting Your ChMS Database Password
Forgot your password? No need to worry! Resetting your password in the ChMS is an easy process.
Note: After too many failed logins, the ChMS will say you have been locked out of your account. This lasts for about five minutes, so please wait and then try again!
- On the login page, click Forgot your password?
- Type in your email address and click Email Link.
- Within your email platform search for an email from [email protected] with the subject line eCatholic ChMS Password Reset.
If you have trouble locating the email, please check your junk/spam folder.
Still can't find it? Contact Support.
- In the body of the email, click Reset Password Now.
- Enter the email address connected to your account, type in a new password, and confirm your new password. Then click Reset.
You can now log into the ChMS with your new password! If you encounter any concerns during this password resetting process, please contact [email protected].
