What happens when someone replies to a message they received from Connect?

Whenever a group message is sent, the message recipient can click the Reply button in their email client to reply to the message.

Members will not see any group admin's personal email when replying to a message you send in Connect. The reply-to email for your organization looks like:

[abcdefg1234567]@inbound.[your domain]

After a recipient replies to the message, the message reply is delivered to all Group Managers and Group Senders for that group.

The delivered reply includes:

  1. The reply itself
  2. An indication of who sent the reply
