How to copy a message
Copying / duplicating a message is a great way to avoid starting from scratch each time you want to create a new message.
If a message you sent previously contains a layout or content you'd like to reuse, you can copy the sent message to provide a starting point for your new message. Here are the steps:
- Log in & find the message you want to copy - After you log in to your account, navigate to the message you want to copy. An easy way to locate a message is to click on Messages in the main navigation bar. Once located, click on the message you want to copy to open the full view of the message.
- Click the Duplicate button - In the view that appears after you click on the message, locate and click on the Duplicate button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
This will create a new draft message with the copied content, layout, and attachments from the original message!
Only sent messages can be copied; draft messages and scheduled messages cannot be copied.
