How to copy a message

Copying / duplicating a message is a great way to avoid starting from scratch each time you want to create a new message.

If a message you sent previously contains a layout or content you'd like to reuse, you can copy the sent message to provide a starting point for your new message. Here are the steps:

  1. Log in & find the message you want to copy - After you log in to your account, navigate to the message you want to copy. An easy way to locate a message is to click on Messages in the main navigation bar. Once located, click on the message you want to copy to open the full view of the message.
  2. Click the Duplicate button - In the view that appears after you click on the message, locate and click on the Duplicate button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

This will create a new draft message with the copied content, layout, and attachments from the original message!

Only sent messages can be copied; draft messages and scheduled messages cannot be copied.
