Change your CSV file into a print-friendly format

When someone submits data into a form, the information is stored as part of a CSV file. A CSV file is basically a spreadsheet, where each row represents one submission. While this is very useful for spreadsheet programs like Excel, if you want a printout where each submission is its own page (or several on a page), the CSV format will seem like more of a hindrance than a help. Thankfully, there are programs that convert spreadsheet data into a more printer-friendly format.

Specifically, MS Word has a mail merge feature that takes the information from your spreadsheet and arranges it vertically. Here is Microsoft's tutorial on that process. You can skip the first step since the data is already in a CSV from the website.:
