Logging In or Creating Your eCatholic Donor's Account

Giving through eCatholic Payments uses an eCatholic ID. You'll be be given the opportunity to log in or create an account before a gift is finalized, whether it's a one-time or recurring donation. This keeps your giving history, saved payment methods, and recurring gifts all in one place.

Why Do I Need an Account?

An eCatholic ID ties your gift to a secure record so you can:

• View your complete giving history.
• Securely save a card or bank account for faster giving next time.
• Set up, manage, or cancel a recurring gift.

Creating an Account

If you don't already have an eCatholic ID, select Sign Up Now on the login screen (shown in Step 1) and follow the prompts to create one using your email address and a password. Creating an account only takes a minute and lets you save payment methods, set up recurring gifts, and access your giving history going forward.

Logging In During Setup

When you reach the account step of the donation form, you'll be walked through a few quick screens:

1. Enter Your Email: type the email address associated with your eCatholic ID and select Next. You can check Remember email so it's filled in next time.

2. Enter Your Password — select Next to continue. If you can't remember it, select Reset Password to receive reset instructions by email.

3. Enter Your Security Code. For your security, a one-time code is sent to the phone number on file. Or if you chose to use an authenticator app, grab the code from there and paste. Enter the 6-digit code and select Submit. Check Remember this device to skip this step on future logins from the same device over a 30 day period. Didn't get a code? Select Resend Code.
