Managing or Canceling Your Recurring Gift

Life changes, and so do recurring gifts. Whenever you need to, you can pause, edit, or cancel any of your scheduled payments yourself, without having to contact your parish or school office.

Finding Your Scheduled Payments

Log in to your eCatholic account and go to My Payments. Every recurring gift you've set up shows up under Scheduled Payments, each as its own card with a status, amount, frequency, and the fund (or funds) it supports.

Editing a Scheduled Payment

Select Edit on any scheduled payment to open it.

From here you can update:

  • Amount, the amount charged each time
  • Frequency, how often it repeats
  • Next Charge, the date of your next gift
  • Payment Method, which saved card or bank account is used

Select Save when you're done.

Ending a Recurring Gift

Ready to cancel for good? Select End instead of Pause.

Any time, after you've set up your donation account, you can use app.ecatholic.com to reach your personalized donor portal.
