How to add a comments box (text area) to a form

In this tutorial, I’m going to show you how to make a comments box for your online forms. A comments box is simply a text area field. Under the “Basic” tab of your online form, click and drag the “Text Area” field onto your form. Next, all you do is name it “Comments.” You can change the settings to make it required, add suggested text, instructions, or maximum characters. Click “Save” and that’s it! Remember that you can rearrange the fields of the form by clicking the left side of each field.
