How to add custom text to your footer

A great way to add a touch of design to your site is by inserting custom text in the footer (or underneath a bottom navigation bar). The footer is an excellent place for things like your contact information, copyright, and other addendum that visitors might find useful. Here is how you can easily add custom text to your footer:

1

Locate your Footer Settings

First, select Edit Website in the white Admin Toolbar at the top of your screen. Then, scroll down to Footer Settings in the bottom left corner of your homepage. Click the Settings icon located next to the word "Footer" to get started.

2

Turn on the Custom Text Field

Enable the Custom Text Field by selecting On.

3

Insert text in the Rich Text Editor box

Hover your mouse around the Footer region until a light blue box appears. Then, click inside the box and use the Editor toolbar to insert text as desired.

Remember to select Publish once finished! And when you are done, your new custom text will appear in the footer of all your web pages.
