How to change the bank associated with your CardConnect account
The following instructions will help you change the banking information that is associated with your CardConnect account.

Log into your CardConnect account
Visit https://cardpointe.com/account and log into your CardConnect account.

Select the Support tab
In the blue Admin bar, select the Support tab.

Create a Support Ticket
Click on the blue Create Ticket button to create a Support Ticket with CardConnect.

Select the Location
In the Location drop down menu, select the main MID account. MID is also known as you merchant ID. The same process will need to be submitted on the BlueChex MID as well.

Select the Reason
In the Reason drop down menu, select Bank Account Change.

Complete the Support Ticket
Fill out the required fields in the Support Ticket form and click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page.
Once you submit your Support Ticket
Once you have clicked Save, your Support Ticket will be submitted and you will receive a confirmation email for your request. If there are any issues, you will be contacted by the CardConnect Support staff. Once the change has been completed in your CardConnect account, you will receive another email notification.
