How to update Billing information for your eCatholic website
Here's how you can:
- change the billing information: Credit card, Email address, Billing Address, Phone Number
- update your organization's EIN (if known)
- view the current plan details
for your eCatholic website.
What if I don't have an eCatholic website but use eCatholic LIVE or eCatholic Church Management?

Access your site's Admin settings
Click on Admin in the white Admin Toolbar at the top of the page

Select the Overview Tab

Select the Billing & Invoices button

Make your updates
Here you can update the Website billing details for your organization, including your credit card, email, address, and phone number.
What can't I update in this section?
You do not have the ability to edit your site's Current Plan. If you would like to upgrade your Hosting Package or add new eCatholic Products to your website please reach out to our Sales team at [email protected].
