Church Tags
Church Tags allow dioceses to group churches together. For example, a diocese may want to use Church Tags to group churches in the same deanery or vicariate.
These Church Tags are used in the Family Giving Analysis Report found under the Reports menu. A diocese could also use Church Tags in producing custom reports.

Creating Church Tags

To create a new Church Tag click on
Administrative via the top navigation bar >
Church Tag Maintenance >
New Tag.

Assign
Tag Name, optional
Description and then click
Save. When you save it will default you back to the listing of tags where you can add additional tags.
If you need to edit or delete a tag in the future, click
Administrative > Church Tag Maintenance. You can make edits by clicking
View or delete by clicking
Delete in the row of the Church Tag in question.
Adding/Deleting Tags for Churches

To add churches to a specific tag group click on
Administrative >
Church Tag Members

Select the churches you want to
Add to your
Church Tag by putting a check in the box next to the
Church Name. Click on
Assign Tags. Select the name of the tag that you wish to assign to the churches that were selected.
Note: Churches can be added to multiple tags.

Select the churches you want to
Delete from a
Church Tag by putting a check in the box next to the
Church Name. Click on
Remove Tags. Select the name of the tag that you wish to remove the churches that were selected.
