Subscribe your 3rd party Calendar to the built-in eCatholic Calendar

You have the ability to allow visitors to your site to add events from your website's calendar to these 3rd party calendar tools: Apple, Google, Outlook, Microsoft 365 and Yahoo.



Here is how you can add all website events to your 3rd party calendar.

Go to your site's master calendar

Go to yourdomain.org /calendar. Once there, look in the upper right corner of the calendar. Locate the icon with the calendar and arrow that is generated by your eCatholic master calendar (pictured below).

Grab the Sync to calendar link

Click on the calendar icon in the top-right of the calendar. That will open a drop-down menu with 3 options. Left-click on the Sync to my Calendar and wait for the calendar options to show.

Open the calendar link in Google

Choose which 3rd party caleandar option you would like your event to be subscribed to from the drop-down menu. That calendar will then automatically subscribe you to the calendar and synced events will automatically update when the website calendar is updated.


Here is how you can add a single, specific website event, to your 3rd party calendar:

Navigate to and click on the specific event you are interested in syncing to your calendar.

Click on the event one more time to open up all event details:

Select the "Add to Calendar" button:

Choose what 3rd party calendar you would like to add your event to:

Choose which 3rd party caleandar option you would like your event to be subscribed to from the drop-down menu. That calendar will then automatically subscribe you to the calendar and synced events will automatically update when the website calendar is updated.


You are now all set! This single even will now appear on your selected 3rd party calendar!
