Free Up Storage - How to delete your Archives

First, you'll need to log in to your eCatholic Live dashboard.

Once you're in the dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the screen and find your Disk Usage block.

If your Disk Usage bar is red (and listed at over 100%) you will incur extra costs if you do not free up some storage by the time your next billing cycle begins. The best way to clear out space quickly is to delete your video archives.

You can manage and delete archives right from your LIVE Dashboard. Here's how:

How to Delete An Archived Video

1. In your LIVE Dashboard, click on Archives in the blue side menu.
2. To delete one video at a time, locate your video and click on the drop down arrow (pictured below). When the menu opens, choose Delete from the menu.

How to Delete Multiple Archived Videos (Bulk Delete)

1. In your LIVE Dashboard, click on Archives in the blue side menu.
2. To delete multiple videos at one time, use the select the checkboxes next to the videos you'd like to delete and then click the red Delete button at the bottom of your list (pictured below).
