Primary Business Profile application for eCatholic customers

eCatholic Connect customers may use the following guidelines to complete their Primary Business Profile application.

Business Information

Here are suggestions for how to complete the Business Information portion of the Primary Business Profile application:

  • Business Identity - Most eCatholic customers should select Direct Customer.
  • Business Type - Most eCatholic customers should select Non-profit.
  • Business Registration ID Type - It is recommended you select USA: Employer Identification Number (EIN).
  • Business Industry - Most eCatholic customers should select Religion.

Authorized Representative

When entering information for an Authorized Representative as part of the Primary Business Profile application:

  • Only one additional authorized representative may be required (i.e., one additional representative beyond than yourself).
  • For additional authorized representatives, use an email address that matches your organization domain if possible.
    • e.g., If your organization domain is mypatronsaint.com, submit an email address ending with mypatronsaint.com - such as [email protected] - if it exists.
