What is the eCatholic Hub?
Think of the eCatholic Hub as the gathering place for all of your eCatholic products. Using your eCatholic ID, you can access all the products assigned to you and find a few additional resources too!
Top Row - My Products & Recommended
When you use the address, app.ecatholic.com, the login process brings you to your eCatholic Hub. You can use the top row to get to any of your licensed products and see other products that we have to offer.
- My Products: Each active product in your account will be highlighted, with a button that takes you directly into that product. You may also see products here that you have access to, but haven’t fully activated yet. Click on the ‘Activate’ button in order to get the specific product set up for your account.
- Recommended: Here, you can see additional products that are not included in your current plan. Click the ‘Learn More’ button to speak with our team and get more information on how these products can aid your mission efforts.
Middle Row
Other helpful resources appear on the Hub, too. We share highlighted blog posts, promoted eCatholic sponsored events, and of course, The Engaged Parish podcast.

In addition to all that, you can find links to our help center and ways to reach out to eCatholic and our Support Team.
The Mini Hub
A new product drop-down will appear in the upper left hand corner of your eCatholic products. It's a different view of the options you already are familiar with, but a link back to the Hub is now included.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does this change my log in process?
You can continue to use the method you are familiar with, such as, going to the footer of your website and clicking the Login link. Or use an address like chms.ecatholic.com to go directly to your Church Management System database.
But now, you can also use one URL to reach them all: app.ecatholic.com.
What if I do work for more than one parish? How do I move between all of them?
The new My Subscriptions drop-down in the upper right section of the Hub will offer a list of all the parishes/schools/ministries for which you have access. Simply select one and the Hub will display the products available to that organization.
The Hub says I have products that I didn't know about. Where do I find more information?
Click on the Activate button to begin the process of onboarding a new eCatholic product. Or if you just want more information about what a recommended product is all about, click on Learn More!
What else can I do in the Hub?
In the upper right corner, you will see your initials in a grey circle. You can use the drop down to open your profile and customize the settings to your liking. Need to change your email address or phone number? Open your profile and make the change. Learn More.
Across the top menu if you belong to an organization that uses Connect, you will see any messages you have received. You can also see all the groups that you have been included in.
