  4. Enter your account password - If updating your login email, you will also be required to enter your account password.

How to edit your phone numbers

eCatholic ID allows you to attach two phone numbers to your account - your 2FA phone number and your communication phone number. Both phone numbers can be updated within the My Profile page of your eCatholic ID account.

  1. Click the Edit button for your phone - On the My Profile screen, locate your current phone, then click Edit.
  2. Enter your new phone - Enter the new phone you want to use for your eCatholic account.
  3. Verify your new phone - You will then be prompted to verify you own the phone by entering a verification code sent to that number.

Moving forward, text messages will be delivered to the Communication Preferences phone number for organizations in which you have subscribed to receive text messages via eCatholic Connect.

Your contact email and login email can be unique email addresses. Likewise, your contact phone and the phone you use for 2FA can also be unique numbers.
