Overview Tab - Members

The Overview Tab gives you a high-level view of the member's information. It is meant to be a quick, at-a-glance summary of a single member of a family.

How to Edit the Member Information

Use the Edit link to open the Edit Member window.

Address

Address Module

Edit Address Information

Select the Edit option to open the addresses view on file for the member. Use the Same as the Family address checkbox to indicate the member lives at the same location. The primary address is the address on the member record. You may also enter a Work Address if supplied by the parishioner.

Religious Education

Religious Education Module - example

The View All link takes you to the Religious Education tab for the member's record.

Latest Sacraments

Sacraments Module

The Latest Sacraments Module displays the most recent records of sacraments received by the family members. You can add a new sacrament right here or click View All to go to the full sacrament list tab for the member.

Funerals are now listed as a part of the sacramental records.

Latest Interactions

Latest Interactions Module

A brief display of the most recent family interactions. Use the +New Interaction to make a new entry or click View All to go to the Interactions tab.

Groups

Groups Module - example

If the member is a participant in groups at your parish, such as Lectors or Altar Servers, they will display here in a brief list. Use the +New Group Assignment link to make a new entry or click View All to go to the Groups tab.

Busy Weeks

Busy Weeks Module - example

When the member is scheduled to serve in a ministry, their list of assigned dates display here as Busy Weeks. A busy week can also be used to identify times when a member cannot serve due to scheduling conflicts. Use the +Add Busy Week link to quickly add that note or Edit to manage one of the listed events.
