How to Add a Logo to Messages

Connect allows you to add a logo to messages. This logo template allows users to add an 'official' branded look to messages, increasing trust in the legitimacy of the messages and enforcing the organization's brand!

Create an Organization Logo Header

  1. Click your organization name in the top navigation bar.
  2. Click Manage Organization in the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Add Logo located under "Email settings."
  4. Upload a PNG or JPEG logo image file.
  5. Select a background color (i.e. BG Color).

Note: The color picker tool for the BG Color feature is only available for edit on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

  1. Click Save. Then the logo will be automatically applied to organization messages.

Add the Organization Logo Header to a Message

  1. Select a group that you would like to send a message to.
  2. Check the box next to Use organization logo header.
  3. Add the rest of the content to your message and then click Send Message.
