How to Add a Logo to Messages
Connect allows you to add a logo to messages. This logo template allows users to add an 'official' branded look to messages, increasing trust in the legitimacy of the messages and enforcing the organization's brand!
- The logo template is automatically applied to organization messages (e.g. organization invite emails, the organization welcome message, organization admin invites, etc.).
- Admins can choose to include the logo header on any group message they create.
Create an Organization Logo Header
- Click your organization name in the top navigation bar.
- Click Manage Organization in the dropdown menu.
- Click Add Logo located under "Email settings."
- Upload a PNG or JPEG logo image file.
- Select a background color (i.e. BG Color).
Note: The color picker tool for the BG Color feature is only available for edit on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
- Click Save. Then the logo will be automatically applied to organization messages.
Add the Organization Logo Header to a Message
- Select a group that you would like to send a message to.
- Check the box next to Use organization logo header.
- Add the rest of the content to your message and then click Send Message.
