Overview of eCatholic Payments

With eCatholic Online Giving, you can securely accept donations directly on your website or with a mobile experience for your donors.
- Donation forms are ready to share via link, QR code, or a drag-and-drop website module.

Logging In
Your eCatholic Payments admin console is available at app.ecatholic.com/pay. Login using the same eCatholic ID you use for your other eCatholic tools.
Getting Around the Admin Console
Across the top of the console, you'll find:
- Home: a starting point with tips and shortcuts
- Activity: your Orders and Transactions. See Viewing Orders and Order Details and Viewing and Filtering Transactions.
- Members: donor records tied to your organization
- Funds: the designations donors can give to. See Creating and Managing Funds.
- Reports: weekly summaries of your payment activity. See Downloading Weekly Payment Reports.
- Forms: the donation forms connected to your website
The Home page includes a Learn tips & tricks section with quick links to helpful topics, such as sharing your forms, reporting essentials, and accepting Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What Donors See
Donors give through a form embedded right on your website, log in with their own eCatholic ID to manage payment methods and recurring gifts, and can view their giving history at any time. See About Giving Through eCatholic Payments for the donor-facing overview.
