Family Record

The Family Record is the heart of the ChMS database. It holds all the information related to your parishioners in one place.

The Family Record Screen

From the top, you can:

  • Access the Edit function to change family information and to add a photo.
  • Send a new message
  • Click More
    • to download the family's record profile as a PDF
    • to create a mailing label
  • Quickly recognize
    • Family Status
    • Family ID
    • Budget Number
    • primary methods of contact for the family

All the information about the family is divided into topics for you to easily access:

  • Members
  • Sacraments
  • Contributions
  • Interactions
  • Tags
  • Churchs
  • Admin
